SUPER EASY DIY SLIME!

Hey Jammers! :D I don't normally do DIY posts, but this I just HAD to share with y'all.

One of my most favorite YouTubers, HelloMaphie, recently uploaded a video showing how to make homemade slime without borax or liquid starch. You can view her video here:

Whenever I attempt to make DIYs I see on the internet, I usually fail, but this time I was successful! :D

I was so proud of myself that I wanted to show you guys how to make your own. Of course you can simply just watch her video, but it's just as interesting to read my post, right? Kidding, kidding... ;p

Here's what you're gonna need:

- Baking Soda
- Elmer's School Glue
- Contant Lense Solution (any brand works as long as it has boric acid in it)
- A spoon or popsicle stick
- A small bowl
- Food coloring (optional)

First, pour the glue into the small bowl. It's up to you how much you pour, but how much you pour is how much slime this recipe will make.

Next, sprinkle about 2-3 tablespoons of baking soda into the bowl. Like I said earlier, it all depends on how much glue you use. I poured about 1/3 of glue into the bowl, so I used about 1 1/2 tablespoons of baking soda. Just experiment with it and try it out!

If you want to add some color to your slime (who doesn't?), use a few drops of food coloring.

Now, with your spoon/popsicle stick or whatever else, mix it all together until it reaches a consistency of cake icing.

Once you've reached that point, go ahead and squirt a little bit of contact lense solution into the mixture. There aren't exact amounts. ^.^

Mix it again and you should see an immediate change in the slime.

Once you've thoroughly mixed the slime, take it out and knead it with your hands until it is no longer sticky.

And that's it! Now you are ready to play with your homemade slime!

Thanks for reading. Adios!

    2. As long as you keep playing with it regularly and store it in a plastic bag, I think it should be fine. :)
