Post to Come Soon

Hi Jammers! Sorry, this morning I had a swim team practice. However, when I thought it was at 9:00, it was at 7:30. -.- Oh, well.

I haven't had time to post quite yet, so be expecting one around this time or so. I need to get a few things done first.

The party will definitely be rescheduled, most likely to 4:30 pm MT. I hope that works.

Thanks! :)

Bringing Back Beta

Hi! Today's new item is the Gem Encrusted Necklace, found in the mystical shop of Epic Wonders.

It's a gorgeous piece of jewelry. Though, the flaws are the price and the Members-only detail.

Today, the 90,000 views party invitation will be posted! I changed my mind about doing a contest for this blog achievement.

Evidently, Jammers have been debating about how Animal Jam is focused on money. Their solution, in this case, is to bring back the Beta Days.

Now, most of you know this, but the reason Beta Days were even here was for one purpose: to TEST AJ.

Beta Days didn't have a lot of features we have now. During this testing period, education, learning, friends, and fun was the main point. AJHQ wasn't worried about making the business bigger yet.

There were only four lands.
There were no oceans.
There were no pets.
There were only two shops.
There were only four animals.
There was a timer setting, but that stayed until about early 2012.
There wasn't a Journey Guide.
There was no update board.
There wasn't a trading system.

THERE WASN'T MEMBERSHIP.

Animal Jam didn't need it.

Well, after the few months Beta lasted, AJHQ then decided to crank things up. They added Membership attributes to the game, and soon the trading system.

When those were introduced, the Beta Days ended, more players joined, and the basics of Jamaa changed.

The world can be a sweet place, but if you visit society you'll know it's mostly about technology, money, greed, and super salty fries.

Jamaa only changed because of the people that were playing it.

Whenever somebody that's addicted to the world's social part signs up for AJ, they bring the world with them.

Because of this natural consequence, scamming and hacking are increasing. The world is beside the scammers and hackers.

Technically....

We can't change Jamaa by stopping scamming and hacking. We can't change Jamaa by throwing protests in front of Animal Jam Headquarters.

You see, we don't need to bring back the Beta Days just because there wasn't scamming.

We only need to bring back the caring and loving people.

So next time you say, "Ugh! I am so sick of this unfair discrimination against Non-Members! We should bring back the Beta Days!", think again. If we can revive the Jammers, we can revive Jamaa.

We can do it.

So long!

I'm Home

Hey everybody! I can't tell you how much fun I spent at Disneyland, but I missed all of you just the same.

Well, now that I'm back posting will get into the groove again tomorrow.

Apparently, next week will also be quite busy.

I have swim team practice on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:00-10:00. At least that's what I think.

I'm going golfing with my grandpa one of those days, most likely Wednesday or Tuesday. I'm not much of a totally obsessed golfer, but the main reason I enjoy golfing is that I secretly get to drive the golf cart. o3o

Lastly, my aunt and uncle invited me to take a 4-day trip to Yellowstone National Park with them and camp out. I couldn't resist such an offer. Yellowstone is technically my favorite vacation spot in the world.

But, overall, next week will be a blast. The 90,000 views party will be held and the invitation will be revealed tomorrow.

So, thanks for being patient and sticking with me!

I heard that Julian2 has been wiped out from Animal Jam and YouTube? This has something to do with LilacPetals or whatever? I'm not sure.

Goodbye for today!
