''Yard Soccer''

Hey Jammers! How is everyone doing on this fine March day? It's quite cold and snowy where I live; spring hasn't come just yet.

Today's post is going to be about a glitch known as ''Yard Soccer''. You might have seen this glitch before, either by experiencing it firsthand or from another source. I believe I talked about this glitch in a post a long time ago, but I can't really remember.

Basically, the glitch would occur when a player entered another Jammer's den where there were multiple people in the den. An outline of a soccer field would appear in for a split second before vanishing.

This is what it would look like:

This glitch would happen with only two dens: the Small House and the Castle. When the glitch occurred in a castle den, it would be labeled as ''Yard Castle Soccer''.

Interesting, right?

According to the featured article for this particular glitch on Animal Jam Wiki (which you can view by clicking here), Yard Soccer is not technically an item, although it does have a blank icon in an inventory slot. The Wiki describes it as a ''flooring exclusive''. What that means is that Yard Soccer does not modify the flooring of the den, but modifies the environment. The outside area is adjusted to accommodate the Yard Soccer exclusive.

I for one have a few questions pertaining to Yard Soccer:

How did it come to be?

Why a soccer field?

Will we ever see ''flooring exclusives'' come to Animal Jam officially in the future?
