The Coat Of Arms item isn't unreleased, it is a little-known item from Graham's Workshop.

I'm so, so sorry for all of the trouble I have caused. I won't be returning to chat, as I know I wont be accepted back, and I don't want to come back. When I left that note, I was legitimately on the verge of suicide. I went to my room, and just broke down after that. I thought through my life and realized- the root of all my mental anguish comes from the computer. I have given up my computer these past few days, and I feel very happy with my life now. Like it has a point to it. I'm sorry for anything I caused, and I won't be returning to chat, for my own good.
