Rare Item Signs

Hallo!

I discovered an unusual . . . thing . . .  that pops up when you recycle an item.

Do you see that golden plaque stuck to the item icon?

It's a Rare Item Sign. You know, the signs that indicate a RIM or whatever?

But why does it have a diamond on it? o-o

And Clover Capes aren't even RARE.

Weird.
