3 of My Old Buddies

When I was first starting out as a tiny, lonely little squib on Animal Jam, I didn't know much. It seemed like everyone else knew what they were doing. I didn't have many online friends at the time either, so that didn't help things. Luckily as I got used to the game more I found some people who were very nice to me and helped me get to where I am today. Here are three of those people and their stories.

The first person I ever remember buddying besides my siblings and my IRL friends was Gwenandkat. I met her in the art studio one day after I was doing playing around with the print-'n-play activities. We started chatting and we instantly became friends. It's a shame she doesn't play anymore.

Another great buddy of mine back in the early days of my Animal Jam experience was DarkDragonGirl12. She and Gwen were actually best friends, and I met both of them at the same place at the same time. I remember her significantly because of her act of generosity and kindness she gave towards me. I had a few questions about gloves, which were super rare in the olden days, and she just so happened to have loads of extra gloves that she gave me one. It was a purple glove, my very first clothing item. Dark still comes online every now and then just to visit, and I find that quite nice.

The final person I feel like talking about today is candynchips. I honestly don't remember much of her (or why we ever unbuddied each other because we never got into a fight or anything), but I do remember that she was one of my earliest AJ friends. She was fun to hang out with.

Spelling Error: Nosey

A great deal of new words was added to the pool of animal names available in today's update, but AJHQ made a tiny typo in one of the names:

Normally, ''nosey'' is written like ''nosy''. AJHQ made the same mistake with the name ''rosey'', which was later removed and changed to ''rosy''. However, the people that had animals named Rosey could still keep their names.

This just might be the same case with Nosey. If you want a cool name for one of your animals, I suggest you make one named Nosey!

Jamaa Journal VOL. 182: Pet Phantoms

Hi Jammers! IT'S AN UPDATE DAY! Yay! :D Let's see what this update has in store for us.

PET PHANTOMS ARE HERE!!! :O I have wanted pet phantoms for SUCH a long time! They're so squishy and cute!

It is kind of weird that our enemies can be our pets now, but...

The Epic Haunted Manor den is back, as well as my favorite seasonal adventure, Bitter Sweets! :D

The Hidden Falls is available for all Jammers now, but technically you need either a wolf or a tiger to play it!

Much like adventure invites and buddy game invites, now multiplayer mini-game invites will appear as little bubbles. Pretty helpful.

YESSS!!! NEW ANIMAL NAMES!!! 

But WHY did you add the word ''kawaii'' and ''swaggy'' to the pool of names, AJHQ!? WHYYY!!?? >.<

On a much brighter note, the PHANTOM VORTEX IS BACK!

Also, we got more pet names, but this wasn't mentioned anywhere in the Jamaa Journal.

Snow leopards will soon be leaving, but polar bears will soon be returning!

The Haunted Forest Party is back, and World Animal Day is October 4th.

I didn't bother taking a picture of the last page because it was just a simple advertisement for the AJ toys.

Weird Achievements

Hi guys!

Today we are going to be discussing achievements. Weird achievements.

Basically, there are several beta accounts out there in the vast world of Jamaa that are very unique and different because they have some really strange achievements. Achievements that are most likely no longer possible to achieve. Two of these accounts are 000 and beemabel.

Now, a few people have already made discoveries about these accounts and their achievements before, like Julian and a friend of my friend May, so this isn't entirely new content. It's just something that was brought back into my mind after doing a little bit of research.

Here's a pretty big number of these odd achievements I've piled together. Of course there are more but I'm too lazy to take individual screenshots. XD

They all look really cool and interesting! It's curious to ponder on how exactly these achievements were acquired, why you can't get them anymore, etc.

Mira's Tears

Hi Jammers! ^.^

I'm sure you've heard many mysteries and theories about the Zios pit in the Lost Temple of Zios, but I have yet to hear one about the blue specks that float up from the bottom of the pit to the top and disappear once exposed to the outside world.

You'll usually see these specks when no one is sleeping around the pit, attempting to get the phantoms and their thick purple fog to arise.

I've always wondered about these specks. Why are they here? What purpose do they serve? What is the meaning behind them?

The only thing I can think of is that they are remains of Mira's magical tears, the same tears that created the phantoms. Of course, I'm probably wrong, but it's just a thought.

However, I'd like to hear what you guys have to say about these specks. What do you think they're here for? Let me know in the comments!

Zero: The Fman122 of 2016

You've heard of fman122. 

You've heard of lolkingcentury1. 

You've heard of wretchedjungle.

And now you've heard of Zero.

Just a few days ago Julian2 made a video about this shady person named Zero and an extremely creepy conspiracy theory that ties in with it. You can watch it here:

Ever since this video was released to the public, the majority of Jamaa's population (or at least the ones that keep up with the community) has been going nuts.

Zero's den is constantly full, people are dressing up as Zero, and some people are even saying winning a black koala plushie in the claw machine is considered a bad omen.

Just take a look at these two Zero clones:

Obviously Zero is becoming the new fman122, and will most likely be added to the list of Animal Jam's most notorious, infamous Jammers of all time.
