Animal Jam Spotlight: Brady Barr

Hey! ^.^ In today's Animal Jam Spotlight, we're spotlighting a face everyone in Jamaa's gotta know: BRADY BARR! :3

Photo: Brady BarrBrady Barr was born on January 4th, 1963 in Fort Worth, Texas. He is currently 53 years old. Whew, he's getting some elephant wrinkles! xD Just kidding.

Brady Barr graduated from Indiana University and went on to be a high school science teacher. After earning another degree at the University of Miami, he became a herpetologist. He is the first person to capture and study all 23 species of wild crocodilians.

In 2007,  he survived an attack by a 12-foot long reticulated python. O_O The story made news headlines worldwide. Scary! D: You can view the video of the attack here.

He currently works for National Geographic, and produces educational videos all about animals, mainly reptiles. You can settle down for a quick show at the Sarepia Theater if you're interested!

Thanks for reading!
